Part of my usual deliverables at work are themed Facebook carousel ads. These carousel ads are part of our digital marketing strategy, which was recognized by Facebook and featured as a case study. Each carousel ad set would have a roster of companies in a specific industry. The goal is to drive applications to their job posts on Kalibrr.

Creative Direction
It is during our monthly planning where we discuss themes and execution ideas for our ads, among others. For January, one of the themes we played around with is Chinese New Year. We agreed that I would create illustrations for this particular set, and my team helped me enumerate things related to Chinese New Year that I can illustrate.

I figured it would be better if they were moving illustrations, and so that’s what I did!
